Eligibility for Exchange
Exchange requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation or receipt, is also required.
Non-Exchangeable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept exchanges for opened or used products, items purchased during sales, promotions, or special offers, or orders placed mistakenly or due to a change of mind.
Exchange Process

Our team will review your request and provide detailed instructions on the exchange process. The product should be packed securely and shipped to the address provided by our team. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the Item recolved was Incorrect or defective.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please notify us within seven days and provide photos of the product and packaging.
