We strive to ensure that product descriptions, Images, and prices are accurator however, minor variations may occur. Our products are for external use only. Pixie Naturals is not liable for allergic reactions, sensitivities, or misuse of the products.
Orders & Payments
Placing an order confirms your intention to purchase our products. All prices are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. Payment methods include secure online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD) available In major cities only.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are delivered within 3-5 business days across Pakistan. Froo shipping is available on orders above Rs. 1999/-, Pixie Naturals is not responsible for courter delays that are beyond our control.
Returns & Exchange
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unopened products In their original packaging. Opened, used, or promotional Items cannot be returned. Exchanges are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and Inspect the returned items. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately for a free replacement.
Limitation of Liability
Pixie Naturals is not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of our products. Individual results may vary, wo recommend performing a patch test with any new product.
